“The Tack Hjouse is a charming, rustic, rural (which was so peaceful) one bedroom with a fenced in yard which was perfect for our 2 dogs. It truely is part of a lovely old horse barn.The easy access with no steps and efficient floor plan was perfect for older knees. Our 4 grandsons came out and spent several days and it worked perfectly for them. They hiked, played in the creek (even though it was winter) and gazed at the stars. The large dining table for 6 was just what we needed for playing...

“I stayed 2 days the first day the room was clean. When I came in after leaving that morning. I came back and my bed wasn’t made the trash wasn’t taken out. No clean towels, the floors weren’t cleaned. I stayed Monday night left on Wednesday morning. The person that was supposed to clean my room had the gull to ask if I would give him a tip. “The hotel is older but still in good condition. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Check out was also quick. They offered us a trip bag when we checked out with goodies we would need on the road...i.e. water, snacks.
